ABOUT THE PAINTING

Many of us need something to blossom in our lives. This painting of a blossoming tree represents that change that you're in or is to come.

For me, it is a season of change, once again in my life. I've been a passionate artist since my teens. But I haven't painted in over 15 years. This is the first of many paintings to come as I launch my fine art into the world.

This is my first painting with liquid acrylic paints, straight from the bottles, no brushes except for the blending of the background. As an artist, this painting was both frustrating and refreshing. Prior to this, most all of my work is very calculated and meticulously detailed.
